Meeting Miss Hendrix
How does the family react to Miss Marva Hendrix? Support your answer with evidence in the text.
Delphine reacts to meeting miss Marva by she is not thrilled to see her. Vonetta and Fern have the same kinda feeling and their feelings are they are absolutely amazed meeting miss Hendrix.Big Ma is acting polite just like Delphine is because they don`t know what to say.
the family react was some was happy but Delphine was kinda mad and sad and Big ma was just like delphine. but vonetta fren she wanted to be the flower girl vonetta did to but delphine did not want them to be happy for pa. that how the family react
The family reacts to Miss Hendrix not very well , but Vonetta and Fern didn't care and like her . I can support my answer by looking back in the story and finding in page 53 where Vonetta and Fern are fighting to be the flower girls and Delphine gets mad and tells them to stop, because she didn't like how they were already talking about Pa getting married.
How the family reacts is happy but not so happy because Big Ma and Delphine were acting like they were happy but they were not happy they sound like they were depressed and surprised. but vonetta and fern were excited.

For example I think that Big Ma and Delphine isn't going to like Miss Marva Hendrix because Big Ma is already going through one problem and she doesn't want to go through another problem with Miss Marva also Delphine doesn't like that Pa’s going to marry Miss Marva because she just met her mother and she knows that her mother still has feelings for her father.

In the text is said that pa asked Miss Hendrix to be his Wife . and he didn't even told Delphine, Vonetta, Fern or Big ma. also Vonetta and fern were fighting because they wanted to be the flower girls.
Delphine reacts to Miss Marva Larva Hendricks by she tried to act nice to Miss Marva Larva. For example she says “ Thats very very nice Pa.” but she knows that is not nice.
Ways that the family reacted to Miss.Hendrix is for example Big Ma kinda liked her .And pa loved her ,I think Vonetta liked her also Fern, now Delphine i know she HATES Miss.Hendrix because Delphine wanted to roll her eyes at her when Pa announced that they were getting married. Vonetta and Fern how i know they like her is because they were fighting about who was the flower girl.How i know Big Ma kinda likes her is because she was polite enough to smile . How i know Pa likes her is because he is getting married with her. that is how I think the family reacted to Miss.Hendrix.
i think the family reacted in different ways to Marva Hendrix think the family reacted different because Big Ma and Delphine are not real happy about it because in the text it had said something about Big Ma being polite when she does like Marva. That's the same thing Delphine did but vonetta and Fern were just so excited to meet miss Marva.
The family reacts by when delphine is thinking in her mind she’s thinking that why would her dad marry someone that he just met while they were gone with Cecile and he barely knows her because she could be bad you never know and when Fern and Vonetta were fighting over who was going to throw the flowers at the wedding Delphines reaction in her mind was why are you thinking about that do you even care about your mom Cecile any more and Big ma’s reaction to the wedding is she was kind of sad and happy because if Pa and Mrs. Hendrix have another baby then she would be mad because she probably thinks that Marva will leave the baby there just like Cecile did to her kids and she’s probably happy because Pa was always sad and know that he is getting married Big ma is happy for him.
How the family reacts to Ms.Marva coming to there house to introduce herself is happy for pa but Delphine and Big Ma don’t like her but they decide not to show it while Vonetta and Fern are just so happy.
my reason is delphine react to marva hendrix because delphine did’nt want them to get maried because she think she was mean lady and when pa said he want her to be his wife because pa love her and i think delphine want pa to be big ma wife because the agood couple and delphine Hated marva she never did like marva and all they wanted to be a happy family but they cant because pa got marva as his wife delphine was mad at marva and pa both of them its a lot of stuff going on.
